Ski Guardian addresses the common problem of skiers or snowboarders not adhering to the recommended 15 feet distance between them.
Ski Guardian provides a safer ski experience for both kids and adults with its visible ski boundary, aiming to prevent collisions and enhance visibility in crowded or impaired skiing conditions.
The flexible rods with flags can be extended while skiing to protect you from others who may not see you, especially in whiteout conditions or cloudy days.
Ski Guardian makes it easy to find your family or friends on the mountain with highly visible flags.
Extended flags help with visibility during emergencies, such as when waiting for help or being stuck in the snow. They aid in keeping you visible to rescuers, as well as to other skiers or snowboarders.
Each Ski Guardian device, including the rod and flag, weighs 2.5 ounces.
The flexible rods can be easily cut to adjust for children's ski poles.
Ski Guardian attaches easily to your ski poles and can be removed without damage if you change poles.
The extended flags can protect you from skiers or snowboarders who may not see you, especially on whiteout conditions or cloudy days and increase visibility during emergencies, helping you stay visible to rescuers and other skiers or snowboarders.
The device has two flexible 32-inch polycarbonate rods with flags at the ends, providing 32 inches of protection on each side. They can be easily trimmed for kids' ski poles.
Visibility is crucial for children's safety. Ski Guardian is a valuable addition to other child safety equipment, providing an extra layer of protection for children.
Let us know the length of your child's pole and we can trim them prior to shipping or you can trim them yourself.
Create your own flags with company logo, picture or design.

The rods easily collapse near the chairlift or narrow areas.
The rods extend and collapse manually, so there is no risk of losing battery power.
The device attaches easily to your ski poles with two small screws and a Hex key which are provided and can easily be removed without damage if you change poles.
In the 90s, I was on a chairlift on a perfect, sunny day when I heard someone screaming for help.
I saw a snowboarder holding his snowboard and a lifeless body in a
pool of blood at his feet.
The chair couldn’t go fast enough as I knew someone was dying.
When I reached the top, I ran to the ski patrol building and directed them to the accident.
Sadly, it was a ski patroller who was killed by a snowboarder
running him into a tree.
I stopped skiing for 20 years after that day.
A few years ago, a friend encouraged me to ski again. It was great to be back, but I encountered safety concerns due to overcrowding, aggressive snowboarders and skiers.
Two years ago, I began skiing with my poles parallel to the ground to create a visible ski boundary around myself.
This inspired my engineer husband to design the Ski Guardian, a device with flexible rods and flags that create a visible ski boundary for safety.
Ski Guardian aims to improve visibility for skiers, reducing injuries and fatalities.
We have spoken with many ski patrollers in the United States and Canada who believe that the Ski Guardian can effectively reduce ski-related injuries or fatalities.
Ski Guardian is currently patent-pending, and we believe that this safety device should become as common as helmets are now.
Initially, I didn't want to wear a helmet when I returned to skiing, but now I would never ski without a helmet and my Ski Guardian.
Ski Guardian is a simple concept that needs exposure to gain acceptance, and we believe acceptance is just around the corner.
